Project coaching is a development-focused engagement where I work directly with your people — through regular 1-on-1 sessions, real-time project support, and structured skill-building — to strengthen how they plan, communicate, manage risk, and lead their teams. This isn’t abstract training. We work on their actual projects, solving real problems and building habits that stick.
Coaching is ideal for organizations that are growing their internal PM capability, promoting technical staff into project leadership roles, or simply want to raise the bar on how projects are managed across the organization.
Retainer clients receive 15–25% discount vs. one-time rates, priority 48-hour response SLA, and monthly status reports. Retainer minimum commitment: 3 months. Unused retainer hours do not roll over.
Retainer: $160/hr (min. 8 hrs/mo)|One-Time: $210/hr (min. 10 hrs)
